AdobeHub acts as a reseller and provisioning partner for Creative Cloud Pro access. Plans provide the software entitlement described at checkout, subject to availability of stock.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining account security and providing accurate information. Any access shared outside your organization is considered unauthorized.
Payments & renewals
Plans are billed in advance for the selected term. Renewals occur automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Pricing may adjust with notice before the next billing cycle.
Delivery & activation timing
Access is typically delivered within 05–60 minutes after payment confirmation. Delays may occur during verification or high-volume periods which may take up to 24 Hours at maximum.
Acceptable use
- Use the software for lawful, authorized creative work only.
- Do not sub-license, resell, or share access credentials of Individual / Business Plans. Only Enterprise Plans are eligible for reselling/sharing.
- Respect platform integrity and avoid misuse of Adobe's AI Platform.
Refund policy
Refunds may be granted when activation cannot be completed or service is materially unavailable. Requests are reviewed case-by-case and must be submitted within 6 days of purchase. After successful product delivery no refund shall be be made to anyone at any given time.
Limitation of liability
AdobeHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected plan term of the subscription itself.
Replacement - No Refund
In cases we do provide replacement for the loss of accounts, although you'll need to provide with valid proof from adobe that you have been suspended (not by breaking their terms of service), and a replacement will be given in this motion. All of our licenses are maintained on our master account therefore we know if the license is active or switched to another email address therefore please do not try to gamble replacement with such tricks, if caught, your account will be banned and all of your current active licenses will all be revoked without further explanation.
